Here are my favorite Summer juices and smoothies! This summer I explored different fruit, vegetable and herb combinations. I'm totally a convert! Juicer for life!

Raspberry Colada Smoothie: 2 TBS coconut butter, 3 cups pineapples, 1/4 cup raspberries, chia seeds, flax seed, coconut water |

Going Green Juice: 3 oranges, 1/2 bunch of kale, 1 cup pineapple, 1 inch ginger, 1 cucumber, 6 sprigs of mint |

Parasite Cleanse Smoothie 2: 1 cup of papaya, 2 cups of pineapple, 1 cup of blueberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut water |

Simply Plum-licious Smoothie: 3 plums, 1 peach and a handful of ice....that's it! Totally DIVINE! |

Green Giant 2 - 2 green bells, 3 celery ribs, 2 green apples, 1 cup spinach, 1/3 bunch parsley, 1/2 bunch butter lettuce, 1 inch of ginger, 1 lime (skin on) |
